Refurbish and resell
Compare the purchase price with dated sold comparables and show the works scope, contingency, buying and holding costs, and resale evidence. “Below market” must be substantiated.

Terms before commitment
Any engagement will use written terms that explain the service, £3,000 fee, payment trigger, VAT treatment and cancellation arrangements before commitment.

The standard sourcing fee is £3,000 per completed deal, plus VAT if applicable. A written agreement will define the service scope and exactly when a fee becomes due before any paid engagement begins.
